Kale Ginger Detox Smoothie

1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
½ cup frozen blueberries
2 teaspoons ginger, peeled and finely grated
2 cups kale leaves, loosely packed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon raw honey

5 Ingredients Detox Smoothie

Ingredients : Spinach , Flaxseed, Fruit juice
& a frozen banana

Beet Root Smoothie

Ingredients (for 2 glasses)

20 CL Apple juice
1 Apple
2 raw medium-sized beets
The juice of half a lemon

Berry and Dandelion Smoothie

4 large dandelion greens
3 Romain leaves large
6 oz coconut water
2 tsp flax powder
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp hemp seeds
2 Bananas
6 frozen strawberries and Granola

Cocoa Maca Smoothie

1 scoop chocolate sun warrior protein
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tsp hemp seeds1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
5-7 ice cubes
Cacao nibs for garnish

Bowel Movement Smoothie


2 cups mixed berries (any combination of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries)
1 cup hemp or almond milk
1 cup filtered water
1 tbsp of Total Nutrition Powder
1 scoop of Shillington’s Intestinal Detox
2 tbsp of ground or soaked chia seeds
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Small pinch of cayenne pepper
Stevia to taste (avoid high glycemic sugars like agave or honey)
Optional: A few sprigs of mint to enhance taste, if required)

Chili Lime Mango Smoothie

3/4 c frozen mango chunks 1/2 c lemon/limeade*
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

Pink Grapefruit Smoothie

(5 glasses)

1 orange
1 pink grapefruit
1 red pepper
1 carrot

Coconut Papaya Smoothie

The inside from 1 Young Coconut
1 Apple
2 Cups Papaya
2 Tbsp raisins (or 2 Medjool Dates)
2 Tbsp. goji berries
Coconut water ( or water)

4 stalks of celery
2 cups of organic green tea
2 peeled cucumbers

    Wow and what a great list of smoothie detox recipes! I love the pink grapefruit and am a big fan of smoothies! I do subscribe with what we consume totally helps my skin and aids in anti-aging too!
