High in Fiber Breakfast : Overnight Muesli Recipe
This delicious, high in fiber and antioxidant breakfast can be made the night before! It is the perfect grab-and-go. Muesli is a breakfast dish based on raw rolled oats and other ingredients including grains, fresh or dried fruits, seeds and nuts. You can prepare it raw or cooked!
For this recipe, you only need to soak your favorite muesli brand overnight in water, then add your favorite drink ( Unsweetened Almond Milk/Coconut Milk/Soy Milk/Hemp Milk). Next add toppings in the morning. Make sure you pick a great Muesli that contains less sugar

- 2 cups of Muesli
- 2 cups of water
- Cocoa Nibs
- Chia Seeds
- Fresh fruits
- Unsweetened Almond Milk/Coconut Milk/Soy Milk/Hemp Milk
Soak Muesli overnight in a mason jar or with water then add milk and any toppings of your choice in the morning.
