Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Mango Salsa
- Using a skillet, heat the butter and oil on high heat.
- Season sea scallops with salt/pepper and gently add the scallops into the pan.
- Sear the scallops for about 1 ½ minutes on each side. Do not flip those scallops until the crust is formed.
- Serve immediately with kaniwa and mango salsa

This looks so good. I haven't had scallops in a very long time. We love salsa in our house too.

This mango salsa looks so amazing! I love dishes like this, and it works so well with seafood - what a great idea to use it with scallops!
I'll have one of everything you're having. It looks freaking amazing.
The mango salsa gives a great compliment to the scallops. Throw a bit of habenero in there and you've got a real treat
