Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Mango Salsa
Ingredients
  • 8 Sea Scallops rinse and dry well
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Using a skillet, heat the butter and oil on high heat. 

  2. Season sea scallops with salt/pepper and gently add the scallops into the pan. 

  3. Sear the scallops for about 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Do not flip those scallops until the crust is formed.

  4. Serve immediately with kaniwa and mango salsa

    I love scallops, but I’m wary towards towards the mango. I’m just not a fan of putting fruit into savory dishes.
