This Shiitake Mushroom looks and sounds fabulous. Peanut sauce dressing is my favorite and this recipe doesn't look very hard to make.

This recipe is good, I actually made it last night. It can have the oils cut and even the Peanut butter - I used what I had and I would not have wanted the full 3/4 cup. I did not have the green beans or micro greens, wish I had had both to cut the heavier sauce. I will make this again, it is really filling.

This was a bit heavy with the sauce - I think you could lighten it up - more veggies.

      Hi Suee,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. I appreciate your honest review. I have another Soba Noodle salad recipe that is on the lighter side. It's loaded with veggies and many readers loved it.
