Support Muscle Recovery and Reduce Soreness with Isopure Aminos

When I was younger, sports were everything to me.  I got to the gym almost every day was sometimes doing multiple exercise classes in a single day.  At that time I had much more free time and always found it easy to work out and to eat right.

Over the last few years life has caught up with me a bit!  I am constantly trying to catch my breath as a busy mother of 2 and work at home on my blog. While being active and healthy are still on top of my priority lists, I have to put my kids first and often end up skipping the gym and sometimes, unfortunately skipping meals too.  It is probably one of the worst habits in my life and something that I am dead-set on changing.  Sometimes in life when we’re faced with great challenges we come out even farther ahead.  I was forced to study up on exercises and figure out how to fit a couple of hours of working out into 45 minutes a day.  This brought me to find the amazing and challenging High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts that I’ve come to love.  I cram in a tough workout and swear it works my muscles better than any two hour workout I had ever done when I was younger.  I continued this research on the nutrition side, too.  Capitalizing on tougher workouts and making sure that my body was benefitting from them the best way possible was important to me.   Why push my boundaries in one area and not others?   I therefore took to researching and found that getting protein is crucial for my muscle recovery after a workout.  This was something I already knew, but what I also learned is that getting it in the form of  BCAA’s  has amazing benefits for my body.  I tried taking a product called Isopure Aminos BCAA’s Powder for my post workout recovery and found that it actually goes above and beyond many others in the space.   They have extra ingredients perfect for my type of workouts, the anti-inflammatory of Tart Cherry, which brings down the soreness following my wind sprints or other intense exercises.  It’s most noticeable in my legs, which makes sense as that’s where I’m most sore.  It has other benefits that I didn’t even expect, such as L-Theanine which gives a calming and relaxing affect, perfect for a mom on the go that can never find time to breathe!  There are other great ingredients like anthocyanins and Vitamin C.

A lot of people out there are now looking for a whey protein isolate product as they have tried and tested BCAAs to support muscle recovery . They might also help improve workout intensity. If you haven’t done research on them I suggest you do as it can really help you and your cause for a healthier, better body.  I also recommend that you try out  Isopure Aminos as your source for BCAA’s.  They have a mix that tastes great and has those aforementioned extra ingredients that are hard to come by and benefit  your body and mind.  Tough to beat that!

Have you tried  Isopure Aminos BCAA’s Powder?

After my failed back surgery that left me bedbound for 4 years, I’m struggling to repair the muscles damaged and those that need to be worked due to not using them. I bet this would help.

It’s so good to know that I can feel relief after sometimes intense workout. Sore muscles are very common, and it takes time for soreness to go away for good. This really looks helpful!

I used to drink a weigh protein shake in high school. I had a problem with people thinking I was too skinny and I wanted to bulk up. I did notice a little muscle definition with that kind of protein drink. I think it helped a bit.

I no longer exercise since I hurt my shoulder bad enough that it took 6 months of physical therapy and many years later my shoulder still isn’t what it should be! I probably could use this for muscle recovery alone–even without exercise.
