¾cupalmond milk unsweetened , (I used Organic Almond Milk with Cashew)
1-2tablespoonsLeft Field Farms creamer, {Caramel Flavor}
optionala pinch of cinnamon ground
2Frozen Extra Large Bananas, or about 3 regular medium size
2Small avocados
¼ teaspoonunsweetened cocoa powder
1cupalmond milk unsweetened, (I used Organic Almond Milk with Cashew)
Instructions
In a mason jar (medium size), stir almond milk, chia seeds, Left Field Farms creamer, and optional cinnamon together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 25 minutes or overnight.
Right before serving, place frozen chopped bananas, avocados, cocoa powder and almond milk in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
To serve: Transfer a generous amount of chia seeds in small bowl or cup, layer with creamy banana and avocado blend.
