Chia Pudding with Creamy Banana and Avocado Blend

Ingredients
 

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¾ cup almond milk unsweetened , (I used Organic Almond Milk with Cashew)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Left Field Farms creamer, {Caramel Flavor}
  • optional a pinch of cinnamon ground
  • 2 Frozen Extra Large Bananas, or about 3 regular medium size
  • 2 Small avocados
  • ¼ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened, (I used Organic Almond Milk with Cashew)

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar (medium size), stir almond milk, chia seeds, Left Field Farms creamer, and optional cinnamon together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 25 minutes or overnight.
  • Right before serving, place frozen chopped bananas, avocados, cocoa powder and almond milk in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  • To serve: Transfer a generous amount of chia seeds in small bowl or cup, layer with creamy banana and avocado blend.
