Chia Pudding with Creamy Banana and Avocado Blend

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened (I used Organic Almond Milk with Cashew)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Left Field Farms creamer {Caramel Flavor}
  • optional a pinch of cinnamon ground
  • 2 Frozen Extra Large Bananas or about 3 regular medium size
  • 2 Small avocados
  • 1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened (I used Organic Almond Milk with Cashew)
Instructions
  1. In a mason jar (medium size), stir almond milk, chia seeds, Left Field Farms creamer, and optional cinnamon together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 25 minutes or overnight.

  2. Right before serving, place frozen chopped bananas, avocados, cocoa powder and almond milk in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. To serve: Transfer a generous amount of chia seeds in small bowl or cup, layer with creamy banana and avocado blend.
