Roasted Red Bell Pepper {store bought or homemade - recipe below}

Mediterranean Garden cream cheese from Arla®
Instructions
Preheat the grill over medium heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side.
To build a sandwich:
Lay 3 slices of bread on a cutting board and spread with some Mediterranean Garden cream cheese from Arla®.
On first layer, add some fresh lettuce, roasted red bell pepper, and lettuce.
On second layer, add some spinach or lettuce leaves, sprouts, pepper pickle, grilled chicken, fresh tomatoes, cheese of your choice, lettuce and top with another slice of bread.
Notes
Roasted Red Bell Pepper recipe: 4 red bell pepper, washed cooking spray Heat the oven to 425 F Place the red bell pepper (as a whole or cut with seeds removed) on a cookie sheet coated with olive oil cooking spray. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the skin is blistered. Remove from the heat.
