Ingredients
  • 8 oz. Jimmy Dean Regular Premium Pork Sausage Roll
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 2 cups chopped russet potatoes cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper use more according to your liking
  • 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper use more according to your liking
  • 2 cups fresh chopped Lacinato kale
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, cook the Jimmy Dean Regular Premium Pork Sausage Roll on medium heat for about 14 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until brown. Set aside and cut into small pieces. Do not remove the oil from the pan.

  3. Add potatoes to the same skillet, season with  1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook on medium heat until browned for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  4. Add in green bell pepper, red bell pepper and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked Jimmy Dean Regular Premium Pork Sausage Roll into the skillet. Add smoked paprika and keep stirring for about 1 minute.
  6. Add chopped kale and cook until vegetables are tender.
  7. Stir in chopped crispy bacon and season with salt and pepper if needed.

  8. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
