  • 2 pounds fresh baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp chopped shallots
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (lightly packed)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (use more according to your liking)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (use more according to your liking)
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook shallots, garlic until fragrant for about 2 minutes.

  2. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, and pepper, stir and bring it to a simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Be sure to stir constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

  3. Add spinach and parmesan cheese. Cook until the spinach is wilted for about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and enjoy immediately with your favorite meals.
