Equipment

  • an Air Fryer

Materials

  • 5 Bratwurst links

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer and set the temperature to 325°F.
  • Arrange the sausages in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd and work in multiple batches if necessary.
  • Cook for 7 minutes, flip the sausages, then continue cooking for 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F using a meat thermometer.

Notes

Storing: Transfer the leftover cooked bratwurst to an airtight container. If stored properly, it can last up to 4 days in the fridge or 1-2 months in the freezer.
In this recipe, I used Kirkland Bratwurst that I purchased from Costco and cooked it using my Gourmia 8Qt Air Fryer.
Please note that cooking time will vary depending on a variety of other factors, including types of air fryers, air fryer quality, and the thickness of the sausages.
