Ingredients

coconut oil

package organic tempeh

red onion

curry powder

unsalted

cumin powder
▢
a pinch of black pepper
▢
salt

according to your liking

organic tomato sauce

unsalted and unsweetened

2-3 cups
fresh kale
▢
optional
garlic
Instructions
Heat a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat
Add coconut oil to the skillet, swirling to coat
Add tempeh and stir-fry for about 3 minutes
Add red onion and stir fry for about 2 minute. Add the optional garlic and stir for 10 seconds.
Add cumin powder, curry powder, black pepper, salt and tomato sauce. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes
Add kale and stir fry for about 1-2 minutes
