Asian Meatballs

Ingredients
 

  • For meatballs :
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 white egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup dry bread crumb
  • Hoisin Sauce Ingredients
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha chile sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Mix all meatballs ingredients in a mixing bowl, then shape the meat mixture into medium sized balls (2 inch).
  • Arrange meatballs on a baking sheet
  • Bake until cooked, for about 15 - 20 minutes
  • Mix all sauce ingredients , stir the sauce then drizzle on meatballs
  • Serve and enjoy
