Roasted Balsamic Tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 20 Plum Tomatoes halved
  • 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F
  2. Place the tomatoes on a baking pan
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper
  4. Roast for about 20 minutes
  5. Serve on top of Ritz Crackers
