Easy Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds small potatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°.
  2. Cut the potatoes in quarters and rub with the olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a baking pan and roast for 35 minutes or until browned and crisp.
