Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing

  • 1/3 cup avocado oil (or a more neutral-flavored oil like grapeseed, canola, or vegetable)
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce (add more according to your liking)
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3-4 teaspoons agave nectar (about 2 tablespoons sugar or honey). Add more according to your liking.
  • 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  2. Shake before use.
