Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Pound the chicken with a mallet or heavy skillet until about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Brush the chicken lightly with oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the chicken until golden and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
