Ingredients
 

  • Smashed Avocado on Toast with Egg, Smoked Salmon, and Prosciutto
  • 1 slice Dave’s Killer Breads 21 Whole Grains and Seeds
  • ½ fresh avocado
  • 1 whole cooked egg in any style, poached or fried
  • 1 thin slice prosciutto, no nitrates added
  • 2-3 thin slices of smoked salmon
  • a pinch of smoked paprika
  • a pinch of cayenne powder, optional
  • Black sesame seeds or poppy seeds for garnish
  • Fresh micro greens for garnish
  • capers

Instructions
 

  • Toast a slice of bread on a toaster or skillet pan until crispy.
  • Using the back of a spoon, roughly smash the avocado, until chunky but spreadable.
  • Using the back of a spoon, spread the avocado mixture evenly onto each piece of toast.
  • Sprinkle with a pinch of smoked paprika and (optional) cayenne powder
  • Place smoked salmon and prosciutto on a toast. Layer with cooked egg and sprinkle with some black sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
  • Garnish with fresh micro greens and capers.
