Season the chicken with cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, oregano and thyme.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large heavy Dutch oven over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned all over.
Add celery stalks, onion, bell pepper then cook for 3 minutes
Add garlic, tomatoes, bay leaves, Worcestershire. Stir in rice and slowly add broth
Add andouille sausage then reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for about 15 minutes or until rice and chicken are cooked through
