Loaded Steak Nachos – The Perfect Game Day Finger Food!

Ingredients
 

  • For Steak:
  • 1 Lb Flank Meat
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon La Morena adobo sauce
  • salt/pepper as preferred
  • For Layering :
  • Medium Thich Tortilla Chips
  • 1-½ cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1-½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 6 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • ½ Leaves bunch Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 whole Avocado, chopped
  • 1 can refried beans
  • La Morena Pickled Jalapeno Pepper
  • Black Olive

Instructions
 

  • Heat the garlic, onion in a skillet about 2 minutes
  • Season meat with chili powder, Adobo Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, Cayenne Pepper and Cumin
  • Cook meat for about 5 minutes or until meat looks ready.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Place the refried beans in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until thoroughly heated.
  • To assembly the nachos, place a layer of tortilla chips on a skillet or grill tray.
  • Top with a layer of refried beans then steak and 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • Add another layer of chips, a layer of refried beans then steak and monterey cheese
  • Add another layer of chips, a layer of refried beans, steak then sprinkle with ½ cup of cheddar cheese
  • Bake in preheated oven until the cheese melts throughout
  • Garnish with tomatoes, cilantro leaves, avocado, La Morena Pickled Jalapeño Pepper, Black Olive and Sour Cream before serving
