OREO Cookie Balls for the Holidays

Ingredients
 

  • 1 oz pkg. brick cream cheese, softened, 8 .
  • 36 cups OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 )
  • 4 oz pkg. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted, 4 . each

Instructions
 

  • Use food processor to make crumble
  • Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended
  • Shape into 1 inch ball then put in the fridge for at least 5 minutes
  • Dip balls in melted chocolate then place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
  • CUSTOMIZE it with your own ingredient additions or decorative skills
  • Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until firm
