Easy Garlic Roasted Potatoes

  • 2 pounds small potatoes
  • cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder


  • Preheat the oven to 475°.
  • Cut the potatoes in quarters and rub with the olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a baking pan and roast for 35 minutes or until browned and crisp.
