Blueberry Balsamic Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • cup of blueberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon rosemary
  • salt/pepper
  • ½ fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in skillet
  • add garlic, onion and rosemary
  • add balsamic vinegar and cook over medium heat until reduced by half
  • add blueberries juice, salt and pepper and cook for about 2 minutes
  • add blueberries and cook until warmed
  • remove from heat and add lemon juice
