The best Louisana Cajun seasoning with no added salt! It is better and cheaper than anything store-bought! It’s a versatile spice blend that you can use to improve the flavor of any recipe. Once you’ve made your own blend you’ll never buy that pre-made seasoning again!

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
  2. Store in an airtight container, in a cool and dark place. It will last up to 1 year.

Notes

Recipe idea (tried and tested):  Marinate 2 chicken breasts (9 oz each, flattened) with 1 tablespoon of cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and ½ -  ¾ teaspoon of kosher salt for 30 minutes then grill, bake or pan-fry.
