Method
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Saute onion until translucent
Add garlic, curry powder, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, ginger, cayenne pepper and stir for 2 minutes. Season with salt and sugar to taste
Add chicken, tomato paste, coconut milk and yogurt. Bring to a boil, simmer for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
