Gluten Free Pizza with Prosciutto and Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 Udi’s Three Cheese Pizza
  • 4 prosciutto slices halved
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (gluten free)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons pesto (divided) (gluten free) add more according to your liking

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F degree.
  2. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, bell peppers, tomatoes and cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Add garlic, Italian seasoning and balsamic vinegar and keep stirring until the peppers is soften. Remove from the heat.
  4. Assemble the pizza, by adding some of prosciutto slices, pesto, cooked vegetables on top of the Udi’s Three Cheese Pizza. Cook the pizza according to the product packaging. Serve and enjoy!
