Chai Spiced Granola and Yogurt

Ingredients

Baked Chai Granola:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon Oregon Chai Tea Latte Powdered Mix
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Chai Spiced Yogurt:

  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon Oregon Chai Tea Latte Powdered Mix or use more according to your liking
  • Optional: maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for Chai Granola.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, set aside.
  • For Chai Spiced Yogurt:
  • Steam the Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate and Oregon Chai Tea Latte Powdered Mix in a sauce pan.
  • Set aside, let it cool.
  • Add the chai mixture to the yogurt and stir to mix.
  • To serve: Using a dessert glass, place a generous amount of Chai Spiced Granola and Chai Spiced Yogurt, garnish with fresh berries or your favorite fruits.
