Notes

Storing: Cool the leftover hashbrowns to room temperature but no longer than two hours. Transfer the leftover to an airtight container, properly stored, it can last 3-5 days in the fridge or 4 months in the freezer.
Please note that cooking time will vary depending on a variety of other factors, including types of air fryers and air fryer quality.
To cut back the calories: Use a small amount of oil or use cooking spray as a replacement for oil.
