- 1 medium onion, (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper, (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper, (diced)
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- black pepper, (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Place all of the ingredients in the air fryer basket. Stir to combine. Cook for 20 minutes and shake the basket halfway through.
