Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp shells removed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or more according to your liking
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, marinate the shrimp with garlic, ginger, olive oil, sweet chili sauce, white wine vinegar, basil, salt and paprika. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 

  2. Preheat grill over medium heat. 

  3. Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked.

  4. Serve with rice, corn, mint and veggies of your choice.
