Ingredients

  • 1 pound shelf-stable gnocchi
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon finely ground black pepper
  • tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese (and more to serve)
  • ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • freshly chopped parsley (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the air fry to 400°F.
  2. Separate the gnocchi by hand, pat then toss with corn starch, garlic, paprika, dried basil, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and oil until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange gnocchi in a single layer, air fry for 12-14 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking halfway.
  4. Top with extra grated cheese and chopped parsley if using. Serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes
