Method
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
Cook beef for about 4 minutes, until brown
Add garlic, ginger, asparagus and bell pepper, stir and cook for 2 minutes
Add soy sauce, liquid amino, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey. Continue to cook and stir for another 2 minutes
Add salt/pepper according to your liking
Serve on rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds
