Chai Spiced Granola and Yogurt

Ingredients
 

Baked Chai Granola:
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon Oregon Chai Tea Latte Powdered Mix
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
Chai Spiced Yogurt:
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon Oregon Chai Tea Latte Powdered Mix or use more according to your liking
  • Optional: maple syrup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for Chai Granola.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, set aside.
  4. For Chai Spiced Yogurt:
  5. Steam the Oregon Chai Tea Latte Concentrate and Oregon Chai Tea Latte Powdered Mix in a sauce pan.
  6. Set aside, let it cool.
  7. Add the chai mixture to the yogurt and stir to mix.
  8. To serve: Using a dessert glass, place a generous amount of Chai Spiced Granola and Chai Spiced Yogurt, garnish with fresh berries or your favorite fruits.
