Ingredients

  • 1 fresh mango chopped into small pieces
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ½ cup fresh cucumber diced
  • cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (add more according to your liking)
  • optional a dash of cumin

Method

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
  2. Season with salt/pepper to taste
