This homemade Caesar salad dressing is so flavorful. It tastes better than anything you have ever bought in a bottle! You'll love how it's creamy, tangy, and quick to make. It's definitely a keeper.

Ingredients

  • cups mayonaise
  • 4 oil-packed anchovies fillet (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoon grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (add more according to your liking)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove (finely minced)
  • ¾ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • salt and black pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar or bowl and whisk until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, black pepper, or extra cheeses according to your liking.
