No Churn Ice Cream with Vanilla Cookie Creme

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cans coconut cream (full fat unsweetened). Coconut cream is much thicker and richer than coconut milk
  • 1 can sweet condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons refined coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract/ 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 5 bars of Fiber One Protein Cookie Creme crushed/chopped finely

Method

  1. In a high speed blender pour in and blend coconut cream until foamy
  2. Add condensed milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, frozen bananas and blend for about 2 minutes
  3. Chop or crumble and mix in the Fiber One Protein Cookie Creme and Stir well with spoon
  4. Pour the ice cream mixture into a chilled metal loaf pan
  5. Cover and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  6. Stir/Swirl it with a spoon, then continue to freeze (covered) for at least 3-6 hours.
