Food will always be my passion, my weakness, and my obsession! From an early age, I helped out my mom and sisters with the family business of baking and catering, starting each day at the crack of dawn by turning on the stove to heat up our pots and pans.
As I grew older I worked for many years in different restaurants where I picked up formal skills and training, but always felt that my passion was to be making home-cooked meals. I eventually got into blogging and couldn’t be happier as it gave me an avenue to focus on making my own unique recipes. I’m a lot older and in a different part of the world, but have come full circle and am now back in my home kitchen just like when I was a kid.
Growing up in a multicultural environment gave me an appreciation of the ingredients and flavors from around the globe. While traveling for my blog I now make it a point to go to restaurants, street food vendors and the local farmers markets of each place I visit, and try to bring some of those tastes and experiences into my own recipes.
Through Posh Journal I share my passion for food, travel and other things I enjoy along the way. Don’t let the name fool you, most of my recipes are easy to cook and can be enjoyed on a daily basis.
Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoy.

Thighs came out moist and flavorful. I didn't have leftover sauce, so I used pan drippings and skin was beautiful. I took a photo but don't see a button to load it.

Hi Paula,
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Which recipe are you referring to? Is it Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs or the baked honey mustard chicken thighsrecipe?
