    Strawberry jam recipe without pectin. A simple homemade Strawberry jam that uses only 3 main ingredients : fresh strawberries, sugar and lemon. Try this with homemade brownie recipe from scratch

    Homemade Strawberry Jam

    Ingredients
     

    • 1 lb fresh strawberries
    • 1 cup white sugar
    • ½ lemon, juiced
    • Lemon Zest

    Instructions
     

    • In a large bowl, crush strawberries
    • Combine the sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest in a small saucepan, stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved (for about 10 minutes)
    • Add strawberries and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the mixture to a full boil.
    • Pour into a jar, seal and keep refrigerated

      That jam looks divine. One of my coworkers gives us a homemade jam every year for Christmas and I love it.

      We make strawberry jam at home but I don't think I've tried adding lemon before, that's an awesome addition, it will bring out the sweetness of the strawberry even more. Thanks for this recipe! I'd love to give at a try the next time we make jam!

      Strawberry jam is easier to make than I thought, I am going to try to make this right up as we go through a LOT of jelly with my youngest child.

      Great, simple recipe for homemade jam. I know a lot of people like grape jelly with their peanut butter, but i prefer strawberry.
