Brats in an Air Fryer

Today, I will be showing you how I cook the brats in an air fryer. It's absolutely one of my favorite ways to prepare bratwurst. It's so quick and far less messy than cooking the bratwurst on the grill.

In this recipe, I used Kirkland Bratwurst that I purchased from Costco and cooked it using my Gourmia 8Qt Air Fryer. The preparation is pretty simple and no additional seasoning is needed.

The Best Temperature to Cook Brats in an Air Fryer

I've tried cooking the sausages at different temperatures and I think the air fryer does a wonderful job cooking the bratwurst at 325°F. The brats are so moist and juicy on the inside and a nice golden brown color on the outside.

Air Fryer Brats Cooking Time

This air fryer bratwurst takes less than 20 minutes to prepare and to cook. As always, you need to preheat the air fryer and set the temperature to 325°F before you put anything in it.

Once the oven is preheated, cook the bratwursts for 7 minutes, flip, then continue cooking for 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F using a meat thermometer.
