Oh my gosh, your post couldn't have come at a better time. I need a booster shot today, this instant. One group of my grandkids caught the flu and because I'm home 24/7 I took care of them so their parents could continue working until they caught it, which they did. Now, I've had a granddaughter here with a cold all week. So far I've been lucky not to catch anything (years of nursing helped build up my immunity) but I don't want to take any chances. I have everything I need except ginger slices but I can grab some ginger at Walmart. I think the entire family needs some of this.

Cold season is still going strong here and I think this might help with some of the symptoms. I keep reading about how great turmeric is for the body! I should try this!

This is perfect timing here too. My one was so sick this week after a season of no illness and so I am feeling like I need to take all the vitamin C and wash my hands extra often. This would be perfect for my husband and me too.
